Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. What You'll Do:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and ventilation components.
- Review job requirements and materials prior to installation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Complete installation notes, documentation, and equipment registration.
- Assist in training junior team members when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
