Essential Job Duties:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Diagnose electrical issues and determine effective solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with HVAC and plumbing teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid electrician license (Journeyman or higher preferred, based on state requirements)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of electrical experience (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments
