Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC Installers with residential HVAC system installations
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Help with removal of old equipment and installation of new systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service while working in customers' homes
Qualifications:
- Interest in learning the HVAC trade and growing within the field
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Prior HVAC or construction experience is a plus, but not required
