We are currently seeking a Laborer to join our growing Asphalt Maintenance team. This role focuses on sealcoating, striping, and crack filling for asphalt projects.
Responsibilities:
- Apply seal coating materials
- Perform manual labor, including shoveling, sweeping, and raking
- Operate and maintain seal coating equipment
- Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies
- Assist with striping and crack-filling operations
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, carry, and place heavy objects
- Dependable attendance and consistent work ethic
