Line Cook (Part-Time or Full-Time Seasonal)

Byrncliff Golf Resort & Banquets is looking for dependable, motivated cooks to join our culinary team! Our restaurant serves golfers, hotel guests, banquet events, and local diners, providing a fast-paced and rewarding kitchen with a wide variety of culinary experiences.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout your shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable candidates who have basic culinary knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to preparing quality food.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around hot equipment, sharp utensils, and slippery floors.

Position Details & Benefits
