Anchor Bar on Transit Rd. is hiring Cooks, Prep Cooks and other positions focused on upholding the high expectations of its guests while maintaining a work environment unmatched in Buffalo. This is combined with receiving top end pay and hours if availability matches our needs.

Qualifications

- **No prior experience required

- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food handling

- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

- Interest in the food industry and culinary arts

- Knife skills are a plus

- Experience in catering or serving is beneficial

- Dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous
