Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Greenville, South Carolina
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST (5×8 schedule); rotating weekends required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of supply chain experience.
- Experience with inventory management and basic computer systems preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and replenish inventory in storage areas, clean rooms, and supply carts.
- Pick, organize, and distribute supplies to nursing units, clinics, and other departments.
- Check for expired or recalled products and remove them according to policy.
- Deliver supplies, packages, oxygen tanks, and minor equipment.
- Process inventory issues, credits, and replenishment orders using ERP systems and handheld scanners.
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy reporting.
- Respond to customer service requests via phone and email.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist in training supply chain staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
