Role Description The Front Office Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Mount Pleasant, SC, supporting the firm’s daily operations and client experience. This position manages the reception area, greets visitors, answers and routes phone calls, assists with client intake procedures, and monitors emails and messages to ensure timely responses. Daily responsibilities include handling clerical tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, preparing basic correspondence, and organizing client documents. The role also involves assisting with mail distribution, supplies tracking, and collaborating with attorneys and staff to keep the office running smoothly and professionally.
