We are currently seeking a Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment and enjoy helping patients navigate their dental journey, we want to hear from you!
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Arrive by 7:45 AM)
Enjoy your Fridays off!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing calls on multiple phone lines
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Discussing treatment plans and finance options with patients
- Verifying dental insurance benefits
- Calling on reports
- General front desk duties to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
- Experience with Eaglesoft and dental terminology is a plus!
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for patient care and working in a team environment
