High Tide Dentistry is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team.
We are a one-doctor, one-hygienist practice with an Office Manager who actively supports the front desk. This position requires dental office experience and a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and helps patients feel comfortable with their treatment and financial options.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Arrive by 7:45 AM)

What you'll do:
- Present treatment plans and financial options
- Review insurance benefits and patient estimates
- Schedule appointments and follow up on treatment
- Answer phones and assist with check-in and checkout
- Collect payments and review patient balances
- Support the daily needs of the front office
What we're looking for:
- Previous dental front office experience
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Strong understanding of dental insurance
- Professional and confident patient communication
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Dentrix experience is a plus!
