Hiring for the 2026 Season- Experienced Bartender/Server
Butler Country Club was founded in 1908 and is a hidden gem in Butler County. Our members enjoy an exceptional 18-hole golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, multiple indoor and outdoor dining options and a variety of social events.
Our staff is passionate about providing outstanding personalized service to our members and their guests.
Starting pay is $16 to $18 per hour plus service charge percentage and tips.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-year multi-course serving experience
· Minimum of 1-year bartending experience
· Professional, friendly, detail oriented and reliable
· Neat, clean and well-kept appearance
· Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment and maintain high standards
· Willing to go above and beyond to provide outstanding service to our members and guests
· Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
· Ramp or Tip Training
· Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
· Learn and retain menu and bar knowledge
· Making cocktails following Club standards
· Taking and inputting orders with accuracy
· Utilizing proper fine dining serving and clearing techniques
· Setting up and restocking of bar area
· Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Butler Country Club is a Team Oriented environment. Bartenders will work not only in our member dining areas making drink orders and taking tables as needed, but also bartend for banquets, pool events and other miscellaneous social events.
