Butler Country Club is hiring a Snack Shop Supervisor & Bartender to support our poolside snack shop. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads by example, and delivers warm, consistent hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily snack shop operations and seasonal staff
- Provide friendly, efficient service to members and families
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food‑handling standards
- Assist managing inventory and stock of snacks and beverages
- Make cocktails and serve beverages to Club standards
- Maintain and restock the bar area
- Take and enter orders accurately
Requirements
- Bartending and restaurant experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Professional, friendly, service‑oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- RAMP or TIP certification
- Must be 18 or older
Pay Based on Experience
Free employee meals, free golf on Mondays
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
