Job Duties
The Endpoint Admin Student Worker provides technical assistance and support for endpoint management tasks across campus. This position focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, software deployments, security configurations, and device compliance. The role involves working closely with endpoint administration staff to ensure endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers) are properly configured, updated, and secured.

Qualifications
Required knowledge and skills

Required experience
Prior technical experience and working with the public is preferred.
Required educational background
Must be enrolled in at least one credit hour at Butler Community College.
