We’re looking for passionate, hard-working, self-motivated , organized and efficient line cooks to join our team. If you love food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoy working alongside a supportive crew, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare ingredients and complete station setup for service.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the kitchen and walk-in cooler.
- Follow recipes and menu builds with consistency while maintaining the standards of the kitchen.
- Cook and plate dishes to order.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling best practices.
- Support the team with daily kitchen operations and closing duties.
- Cooks that are available to work days, weekends, and/or holidays (Closed for some holidays throughout the year).
- Knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. when needed.
