We’re looking for someone who thrives in the heat of service but also knows how to support their team and keep things running smoothly — this is a full-time, 40-hour/week position.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Skilled in the fundamentals — solid knife skills, safety, sanitation, and food handling best practices
- Comfortable leading a line or expediting during peak service
- Organized, reliable, and consistent in a fast-paced kitchen
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Motivated by mentorship and helping others succeed
- Bonus: experience with group dining or large-party execution
- Lead or expedite during busy services
- Set and maintain high standards for food quality and station execution
- Help organize and delegate daily prep and service needs
- Support training and development of newer team members
- Collaborate with the leadership team on goals and improvements
