Our Customer Sales Representative team member would be streamlining someone’s lifestyle and connectivity with premier AT&T telecommunication services.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers exploring AT&T Fiber — a high-speed, affordable internet solution in the area. In this customer-facing role, you will conduct in-person consultations to help individuals evaluate their current service and understand the value AT&T Fiber offers. Customer Sales Representatives are responsible for managing customer enrollment from initial contact through completion.
Core Functions of the Customer Sales Representative:
- Present AT&T Fiber in person as a valuable internet solution by focusing on the practical benefits it brings to today's connected homes
- Drive sales momentum by engaging customers in discussions that reveal sales opportunities to enhance their connectivity experience
