Customer Sales Associate (Bilingual Preferred)

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or any role where you dealt with people face-to-face, you already have more of the skills we're looking for than you think.

What You'll Be Doing As Our Customer Sales Associate:

• Meeting with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T Fiber internet plans and help them find the right fit for their home
• Having real conversations with customers — listening to their needs and recommending solutions that actually make sense for them
• Handling customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Attending daily team training sessions to stay current on AT&T Fiber promotions and product updates
• Tracking your personal sales progress using simple, easy-to-learn tools
• Working alongside your Customer Sales Associate team and managers to share strategies and hit goals together

Who We're Looking For in Our Next Customer Sales Associate:

• An Associates, Bachelor’s, or equivalent coursework is a plus
• A candidate who is bilingual is highly desired working with the greater customer basis in the region
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role is highly desirable
• A natural people person — you're comfortable striking up conversations and building quick rapport
• Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a genuine desire to grow and earn
• Reliable transportation and availability for full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
• No CRM or sales software experience required — we train you on everything

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
