The Position...
- Hybrid - 4 Days in the Office and 1- Day at home.
- Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm
- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 1 pm to 10 pm
- Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wed 1 pm to 10 pm
- INBOUND CALLS/OUTGOING calls /Sales & Customer Service
- Inbound sales via call, chat, and off-line tickets
- Consistently provide a positive, customer experience
- Maintain professionalism and drive customer interaction towards a sale, service satisfaction, and or a service recovery
- Provide assistance to other team members; initiates resolutions
- Answer customer calls for GhostBed
- Document and provide accurate and complete notation of the customer interaction to the customer's account file
- Take and make calls, work live CHAT, work multiple computer screens and applications both at HOME and in the office.
- Service and Sales with customers on phone calls live chat and electronic tickets
- Make outbound calls as needed for service, sales, and retention.
3 weeks of IN OFFICE training.,
