The Position...
- $19.00 HR & COMMISSION
- IN OFFICE
- Schedule: Wednesday-Friday 12:00 pm -9:00 pm, Saturday-9:00am to 6:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- INBOUND CALLS/OUTGOING calls /Sales & Customer Service
- Inbound sales via call, chat, and offline tickets work multiple computer screens and applications.
- Make outbound calls as needed for service, sales, and retention.
- Consistently provide a positive customer experience
- Maintain professionalism and drive customer interaction towards a sale, service satisfaction, or a service recovery.
- Provide assistance to other team members .
- Document and provide accurate and complete notation of the customer interaction to the customer's account file.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
