Professional/Developer with 4-5 years of in-depth knowledge and working experience with:
• Avaya Interaction Center and CTI,
• Workflows and operational analyst,
• Expertise in COM/DCOM, VB/Java-Script, QScript,
• Excellent experience and knowledge around Avaya services and Domain configuration,
• MS-SQL server
