Operating Room RN
Location: Hobbs, NM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 5x8s (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital. The RN will provide perioperative nursing care for orthopedic, general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, trauma, and urology procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
- Prior travel experience required
- Active Compact RN license required at submission
- Epic experience required
- BLS required
- ACLS and PALS preferred
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and assist during surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards
- Administer blood products and monitor conscious sedation
- Handle surgical specimens and perform patient safety time-outs
- Assist with wound management and emergency response situations
- Start IVs and provide perioperative patient care
Required Experience:

Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour
