Travel CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant – Day Shift/ Night Shift
Location: Salem, WV
Contract Length: 9 weeks with possible extension
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay: $18/hr

Requirements
- Current CNA certification required
- Previous CNA/Nursing Assistant experience preferred
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
- Strong attendance and reliability required
- Ability to commit to the full contract
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Must meet the completion bonus attendance requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient/resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Obtain and document vital signs as assigned
- Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable patient environment
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures
- Provide compassionate and respectful resident care
- Communicate effectively with the nursing and healthcare team
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 30-minute meal break
- 36 hours/week
- 3x12-hour shifts
- Contract assignment through October 27, 2026
- ASAP start
