In this role, you’ll speak directly with customers, while helping them navigate service plans and getting them connected with the Verizon Fios products that best meet their needs. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
- Assist customers in person, by phone, or through other direct channels to discuss Verizon products and services.
- Educate customers on available Verizon Fios solutions and guide them through the sales process.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to recommend products that best meet their needs.
- Resolve service questions, account concerns, and product issues in a timely and friendly manner.
- Deliver accurate information on features, pricing, and service coverage.
- Maintain a positive, solutions-driven approach with every interaction.
- Track customer interactions and updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and deliver consistent service.
Qualifications and Skills Needed for the Customer Support Representative:
