We are an importer and reseller of machine tool accessories (manual and power lathe chucks). We sell our products through distribution and we look to provide high product value and the best customer service in the industry.
Technically, we work with both distributors and end users to help them select the best product for their particular application and to work through application and installation challenges.
In this position you would work within our ERP computer system to transact business (enter orders, process returns, manage inventory, etc).
You would answer phones and provide product and technical support to our customers. As part of this responsibility you would work to deepen customer relationships.
You would support with outbound sales activities, either through email or outbound phone calls, and this job could turn into a position where you travel out into the field to build and strengthen relationships and drive sales growth.
This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow.
