Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing issues, and service requests using strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services and offers
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools like Microsoft Office
- Handle cash transactions securely when applicable, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Support client services by resolving complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer support quality
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Proven experience in sales or outbound calling to engage customers proactively
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
- Knowledge of call center operations, including phone etiquette and analysis skills for issue resolution
- Experience handling cash transactions and performing accurate typing under pressure is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
