The Inventory Cycle Counter is a key position in the Company and will support and contribute to the company goals of profitability, return on investment, inventory turnover, and accident prevention. The Inventory Cycle Counter, under general supervision, will establish inventory accuracy through the process of cycle counting. Verify counts and supporting transactions to determine inventory accuracy.

- Verify the accuracy of inventory counts through a physical count and an analysis of the inventory transactions
- Enter inventory/parts information using RF Smart gun or JDE
- Provide support with warehouse functions when required
- Correct and consolidate bin inventories and locations
- Generate and maintain computer-based cycle count programs and lists; manually adds or deletes parts to eligible cycle count list
- Pick/pull UPS and/or freight orders per pick list
- Operate order picker/forklift when needed to pull product
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written/oral instruction
- Knowledge of the Bush Hog product line is preferred
- Must have ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a great attention to detail
- Must be physically capable of lifting, pushing or pulling 50 pounds alone or up to 100 pounds with help
- Must be able to speak, hear and see to perform duties of inspection for the manufacturing operation
- High School diploma or GED Certificate required
- Knowledge of the Bush Hog Product Lines preferred
