Duties
- Greet customers warmly at the counter, providing expert assistance with product inquiries and sales transactions
- Support retail sales by recommending products and upselling when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels within the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies efficiently
- Prepare and load delivery trucks accurately, ensuring all items are secured for safe transportation
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations promptly and responsibly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both the counter area and warehouse to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory needs, delivery schedules, and customer requests
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for clear interactions with customers and team members
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments is advantageous
- Basic retail math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and product measurements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating delivery vehicles is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
