Position Summary
Bush Hog, RhinoAg, and Dixie Chopper are among the most recognized and successful brands in the Agricultural and Outdoor Power Equipment industries. The Machine (CNC) Operator is a key position in the Company and will support and contribute to the company goals of profitability, return on investment, inventory turnover, and accident prevention. The Machine (CNC) Operator under general supervision, will set up and run multiple production machines such as but not limited to CNCs, Mills, Hobbs, Balance Machines, Lasers and Lathes requiring high level of precision and interaction of multiple variables, to produce quality identical parts as specified by blueprints and procedures.

- Set up, adjust and operate drill presses, presses, press brakes or roller machines to produce identical parts as specified by blueprints
- Maintain production quantity, efficiency and quality on produced parts
- Examine parts for quality compliance using blueprints, calipers, micrometers, tapes and high level math
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines
- Locate and move parts as needed using a walk behind lift
- Ability to train other
- Perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor
- Capable of performing standard measurements using geometric tools (Tape Measure, Protractor, etc.)
- High level math and reading skills needed
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, and make minor decisions involving some judgment in carrying out instructions
- Minimum dexterity required for use of hand and power tools
- Ability to operate under pressure
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 pounds alone and 100 pounds with assistance
- Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid Drivers License
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 year experience as a Machine Operator required
- 1 year experience as a CNC Operator required
