We are looking for a Product Manager – Platform & Analytics Products to join our analytics and BI product organization. This individual will support the Caremark line of business by managing and expanding BI and data products used by pharmaceutical clients. The role focuses on delivering patient insights solutions, managing and evolving an early-stage analytics product, and guiding the platform’s technical development that underpins these analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate understands the connection between data architecture, analytics, and user experience, and has experience working closely with engineering and data teams to bring technical products to life.
Looking ahead, this role will also help guide the evolution of the platform toward predictive and AI-enabled capabilities targeted for late 2026 through 2027.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve an early-stage analytics product following its 0–1 launch, expanding functionality, performance, and adoption.
- Partner with data engineering, BI, and platform teams to design scalable solutions and maintain data pipeline integrity.
- Collaborate with BI teams supporting the MicroStrategy front-end and help guide the evolution of visualization layers as the platform matures.
- Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop wireframes and BI prototypes in Miro or Figma to communicate design and functionality.
- Translate complex technical and analytical requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering and analytics teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to drive adoption and ensure products meet client and business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience, including 2 years in product management or technical product ownership and 3 years working with engineering or analytics teams.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of ETL processes and data architecture.
- Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile product delivery.
- Strong understanding of how backend systems and data pipelines support BI products.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Other:
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and comfort working in a highly technical environment.
- Experience supporting platform or data infrastructure products.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, AI, or ML-driven analytics.
- Background in healthcare, PBM, or pharmaceutical analytics.
- Experience orchestrating Agile pods that include engineering, BI, and data science contributors.

Salary : $130,000 - $135,000
