Key Responsibilities
- Answer complex business questions using data, exploratory analysis, and analytical reasoning
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and business stakeholders in a service-oriented environment
- Conduct exploratory data analysis that informs prioritization, solution design, and AI model development
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
- Support intelligence initiatives tied to connected devices, service optimization, and customer outcomes
- Communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences, tailoring framing and language to stakeholder understanding
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another related technical discipline (or equivalent 4 years of experience in a related industry).
- Experience: 5 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, with a strong emphasis on answering business questions and supporting decision-making.
- Skills: Strong analytical and exploratory data analysis skills; proficiency working with structured datasets; ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders; comfort working alongside product and AI teams.
- Other: Proven ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and partner closely with business stakeholders in a service-oriented environment.
- Background in CPG, services, industrial, or manufacturing analytics
- Experience supporting consumer-adjacent or retailer-adjacent business models
Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
