Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Management: Develop reporting requirements and documentation to support ongoing business intelligence needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and internal alignment.
- Dashboard Development: Build, automate, and maintain Tableau dashboards that provide visibility into KPIs, performance trends, and business impacts.
- Data Integration & Quality: Pull, clean, blend, and organize data from multiple systems (media platforms, CRM, GA4, call tracking, etc.), ensuring data reliability and consistency across sources.
- Analytics & Insights: Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly media performance data to identify trends, efficiency gaps, and optimization opportunities for media teams.
- Testing & Experimentation: Support test-and-learn strategies, including experiment setup, measurement plans, and performance readouts to guide marketing decision-making.
- Measurement & Tracking: Configure and maintain GA4 properties, conversions, audiences, and event tagging structures to ensure accurate tracking from click to lead to conversion.
- Attribution Support: Evaluate attribution methodologies and communicate how performance indicators vary across channels to strengthen decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Creative, and IT teams to ensure alignment, data accuracy, and improved campaign effectiveness.
- Leadership & Communication: Present insights to internal stakeholders and occasionally external clients; may provide mentoring or leadership to analysts as the team grows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance media analysis, or related analytical roles.
- Experience working with lead generation funnels and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Experience operating in high-volume, ROI-focused digital media environments
- Exposure to attribution modeling and full-funnel conversion tracking
