About The Company

We are a leading financial services organization committed to innovation, integrity, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Our teams operate at the forefront of digital transformation, combining deep industry expertise with a forward-thinking culture to drive meaningful change across the enterprise.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Asset Technology Program / Project Manager to join our Digital Assets & Emerging Payments team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, payments, legal/regulatory, risk, and external partners, ensuring structured execution from strategy through proof-of-concept and production readiness. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program manager with deep financial services experience who can translate complex, multi-stakeholder digital asset initiatives into disciplined execution. This role will support the Stablecoin Enterprise Task Force and coordinate multi-LOB workstreams, external fintech partners, and internal technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Own end-to-end program execution for digital asset initiatives, including stablecoin and deposit token use cases, across discovery, design, proof-of-concept, and implementation phases.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones consistent with enterprise documentation practices (e.g., project plans, ELT update decks).
  • Drive execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams spanning Technology, Legal/Regulatory, Risk, Lines of Business, and External Partners.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the central point of coordination for the Stablecoin Task Force, facilitating alignment across Consumer, Commercial, Institutional, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
  • Partner closely with technology leads to document high-level solution flows, architecture options, and integration pathways for stablecoin and tokenized deposit solutions.
  • Coordinate inputs and outputs across weekly and monthly working groups, ensuring progress is tracked and surfaced appropriately.

External Partner & Vendor Management

  • Manage engagement timelines and deliverables with external partners and vendors (e.g., payment networks, core providers, cloud and wallet platforms).
  • Track vendor documentation, follow-ups, technical artifacts, and next steps, ensuring materials are centrally stored and accessible to the task force.
  • Support evaluation of build/buy/partner options by coordinating inputs from vendors and internal subject matter experts.

Executive & Stakeholder Reporting

  • Synthesize workstream outputs into concise, executive-level updates for CLT and ELT consumption.
  • Prepare and maintain executive presentation materials outlining objectives, progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming decisions.
  • Clearly articulate tradeoffs, open questions, and resource needs to senior stakeholders.

Risk, Compliance & Governance Support

  • Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Risk workstreams to ensure program plans reflect evolving regulatory guidance and risk considerations.
  • Track regulatory, legal, and compliance dependencies that impact timelines or solution design.
  • Ensure governance milestones and decision points are surfaced and documented.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in technology program or project management, preferably within financial services, payments, or large-scale platform initiatives.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience with commercial payments, digital assets, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or modern payment rails (RTP, FedNow, wires, ACH).
  • Industry Familiarity: Experience in bank operating environments, including technology risk, regulatory constraints, and vendor management.
  • Emerging Technology: Experience coordinating proof-of-concepts or pilots involving emerging technologies and external fintech partners.
  • Cross-Enterprise Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing cross-enterprise, multi-stakeholder programs with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Execution & Strategy: Strong ability to translate strategy into structured execution (plans, milestones, risks, dependencies).
  • Governance: Experience supporting executive-level reporting and steering committee governance.
  • Communication: Strong executive communication and synthesis skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Compensation commensurate with experience.
  • Health and Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus wellness programs.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO policy, flexible work arrangements, and remote work options.
  • Professional Development: Access to training programs, industry certifications, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Additional Perks: Company-sponsored events, volunteer opportunities, and employee resource groups.

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
