Key Responsibilities
- Help shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of AI-powered solutions, ensuring tight alignment with team and department-level goals.
- Own and communicate the roadmap for your assigned products, making deliberate trade-offs between near-term customer needs and the longer-term direction set by senior leadership.
- Stay current on AI/ML technologies and product delivery practices, bringing that knowledge to bear in day-to-day product decisions and longer-horizon planning.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and emerging AI trends to keep the backlog fresh, relevant, and sequenced around the highest-value opportunities.
- Drive key product lifecycle activities across the full arc of development from requirements definition and delivery readiness through launch and iterative improvement.
- Define and prioritize features with a clear-eyed view of customer need, market context, and what the team can realistically deliver with quality.
- Act as a connective tissue across departments, coordinating with engineering, design, data, and business teams to keep AI initiatives on track and well-integrated.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, using those conversations to surface unmet needs, pressure-test assumptions, and ensure the product is solving real problems.
- Track and report on KPIs and success metrics, helping stakeholders understand not just what shipped but whether it moved the needle.
- Ensure that AI-driven features and products are held to a high standard — not just technically, but in terms of the real-world value they deliver to users.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how the team works, how products evolve, and how processes can be simplified without sacrificing quality.
- Uphold and actively reinforce responsible AI development principles, keeping ethics, fairness, and transparency embedded in how products are conceived and built.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management or product development, with a record of delivering meaningful outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
- Skills: Solid grounding in agile methodologies and modern product management tooling; demonstrated ability to make decisions rooted in data rather than intuition alone.
- Certifications: No specific certifications required, though relevant product management credentials are welcome.
- Other: A proven track record of spotting process improvement opportunities and following through with solutions that improve efficiency, quality, or the experience of the people the product serves.
- Experience building within or actively cultivating a strong product culture. Someone who has helped an organization shift from project-delivery thinking to sustainable, outcome-oriented product management.
- Hands-on experience launching AI-enabled products or features, with enough AI literacy to engage meaningfully with technical teams and evaluate trade-offs intelligently.
- A demonstrated ability to bring others along on the product journey including building buy-in, explaining the 'why,' and helping stakeholders think in terms of product value rather than feature lists.
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
