Our client is seeking an AI Business Enabler to help drive the adoption and practical application of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI across the organization. This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the AI & Data Science team, identifying operational challenges, uncovering AI-enabled opportunities, and supporting employees as they integrate AI tools into their daily workflows.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics, supply chain, operations, or business transformation, combined with hands-on experience leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and other GenAI platforms to improve productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- AI Opportunity Identification & Business Process Improvement: Partner with operations, sales, customer solutions, and corporate teams to identify business challenges and evaluate where AI and GenAI solutions can improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and customer experience.
- AI Solution Translation & Business Partnership: Translate operational and business requirements into actionable use cases and functional requirements for the AI & Data Science team while ensuring solutions align with real-world business needs.
- GenAI Enablement & Adoption: Serve as an internal subject matter expert for AI and GenAI tools, developing prompts, templates, playbooks, and best practices that help teams effectively utilize AI technologies in their daily work.
- Training, Change Management & User Enablement: Lead workshops, demonstrations, office hours, onboarding sessions, and training programs designed to increase AI literacy, user confidence, and enterprise-wide adoption.
- AI Readiness & Continuous Improvement: Partner with data, analytics, and MLOps teams to ensure business context is incorporated into AI solutions, gather user feedback, assess adoption effectiveness, and recommend enhancements that accelerate the organization's AI roadmap.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, business analysis, process improvement, or related business functions. 2 years of hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms to solve business challenges. 1 year of experience using Python, SQL, or a comparable programming language for automation, reporting, data analysis, or technical collaboration. Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.
- Skills: Strong understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain operations, or transportation workflows. Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and design AI-enabled solutions. Experience utilizing GenAI tools for workflow automation, content generation, analysis, and decision support. Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business process improvement capabilities.
- Certifications: AI Literacy or Generative AI certifications preferred.
- Other: Ability to travel approximately 25%. Comfortable working across operations, sales, IT, analytics, data science, and executive leadership teams.
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics or AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
- Supply chain or logistics certifications such as APICS, CSCMP, or related credentials.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology adoption, digital transformation, or organizational change management initiatives.

Salary : $120,000 - $181,000
