Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Hutto, TX. The Office Administrative Assistant will handle a range of daily tasks, including managing administrative functions, answering and routing phone calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and performing clerical duties. Additionally, this role supports the smooth operation of the office by ensuring effective communication and organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organization and record-keeping
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, providing support for leadership tasks
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus
