Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks

Qualifications
Strong phone and written communication skills
Reliable, organized, and coachable
Comfortable being accountable to metrics
Customer service, hospitality, retail, insurance, or inside sales experience preferred
Automotive experience not required
