Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and parking lots.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Assist with waste management by collecting and disposing of trash and recycling materials.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to inquiries as needed.
- Support other team members with various tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Potential for some Saturday morning work but not guaranteed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
