Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both managing client relationships and leading a team. What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
- Analyze account performance, trends, and forecasting
- Partner with internal teams on inventory, pricing, and distribution strategy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (travel included)
- Create and deliver presentations and data-driven insights
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 3 direct reports
- Conduct performance evaluations (quarterly/annual)
- Make recommendations on raises, promotions, and development plans
- Build and implement training programs and SOPs
- Mentor and develop your team to improve performance and efficiency
What You Bring
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts (sales or customer service side)
- Prior experience with direct reports and performance management
- Strong background in forecasting, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (used daily)
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred)
- Ability to build presentations and communicate insights clearly
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
