Job Title: Civil Project Manager ? Engineering Services
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects across a range of infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and team coordination while ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead civil engineering projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction support.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, surveyors, and consultants.
Serve as primary client liaison, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
Review technical designs, reports, models, and construction documents for quality and compliance.
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and contractual documents.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; P.Eng/PE license preferred.
5 to 10 years? experience in project managing civil projects from an engineering firm.
An E.IT or PE preferred but not required
Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and engineering software.
