Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $75,000 - 95,000/year, DOE
Duration: 6-month temporary assignment with potential to go permanent for the right candidate
Start Date: ASAP

• We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a growing team in Odessa! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced recruiting environment, knows how to find great talent, and is comfortable recruiting for blue-collar and field-based positions within the oil & gas industry.
• This position will initially be a 6-month temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for a rockstar recruiter.
  
  

• Engage with candidates who actively apply for open positions
• Source and attract passive candidates through various recruiting channels
• Review and screen applicants based on established qualifications and criteria
• Recruit for a variety of blue-collar and rig-based positions, including roughnecks, drillers, and other field personnel
• Coordinate candidate interviews, both in-person and virtually via Teams
• Gather and communicate interview feedback
• Partner with the HR Business Partner to coordinate candidate next steps
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruiting process
• Help ensure positions are filled efficiently with qualified, dependable talent
  
  

• Recruiting experience, preferably within oil & gas, energy, industrial, construction, or other blue-collar environments
• Experience recruiting for field-based or hard-to-fill positions is highly preferred
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a 100% onsite environment
• Ability to move quickly and manage multiple candidates and openings at once
• A proactive, resourceful approach to finding the right talent
