Salary: Up to $65,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview:
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in shaping the client experience. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound calls, evaluating potential cases, and ensuring a seamless and empathetic intake process?particularly for Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries (phone, email, web)
• Conduct initial client screenings and gather detailed case information
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse client base
• Assess case viability and escalate qualified leads to the appropriate legal team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within the firm?s case management system
• Provide a high level of professionalism, empathy, and urgency in all client interactions
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure engagement and retention
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a law firm, call center, or client intake role preferred
• Experience in Personal Injury or legal environment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with CRM or case management systems
