MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATE

At Burn Boot Camp Decatur, we are seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Associate with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales. We value relationship-building and goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a competitive environment. SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- AM (5:00am-11:15am) and/or
- PM (4:00pm-7:45pm)
- 1-2 Saturday mornings/month (7:00am-10:30am)
10-30 HOURS PER WEEK
MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Engage and build relationships with current and prospective members.
- Strong interest in wellness and fitness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous sales experience in fitness, retail sales, business development, or similar environments.
- Execute the sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
- Conduct facility tours and identify individual member needs.
- Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute content for social media and assist with light cleaning.
