Burn Boot Camp Troy is looking for energetic, dependable, and caring individuals to join our Childwatch Team! Our Childwatch team helps create an amazing experience for our members by providing a safe, welcoming, and FUN environment for their kiddos while they work out.
What You'll Do
- Welcome Burn kiddos and parents with a positive, friendly attitude
- Supervise and engage children during Childwatch hours
- Play, interact, and help create a fun environment — we want someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids!
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Childwatch room
- Work alongside our Burn Troy team to provide an incredible experience for our members and their families
Schedule
We have morning, evening, and Saturday shifts available:
Weekday Mornings: 8:15–10:45 AM
Weekday Evenings: 4:15–7:45 PM
Saturdays: 7:45–10:15 AM

- Dependable and punctual
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with both children and parents
- Patient and attentive
- Willing to actively engage with our Burn kiddos
