Burn Boot Camp is a trendsetting franchise fitness organizations that offers child watch for members during their workouts. As part of the child watch team, this role is key to providing a safe and fun environment for all children so that members can workout without worrying about their kids!
This role involves providing a safe and fun environment for all children by:
- Engaging and interacting with the children.
- Making sure all parents are signing in/out.
- Verifying that all new clients complete a childcare liability waiver.
- Cleaning the room at the end of each shift.
- Consulting parent of any childcare issues (child behavior issues, etc.).
- Treating all children & parents with love and respect.
- Handling any childcare issues or concerns.
- Establishing and maintaining day-to-day operations with a 'think outside the box' mentality
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Bringing innovation, energy and ideas to maximize FUN for our children!!!
We are looking for someone with open and flexible availability We are open to accommodating any scheduling needs, such as class schedules for college students. Since we are asking for flexibility, it is only fair that we do the same for you!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11-$14 per hour
