Position Overview
The Operations Education Specialist is responsible for facilitating education and training on operational systems, team management processes, and the execution of the Blue Carpet Experience (BCE) across Burn Boot Camp locations. This role ensures that franchise teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences and operational excellence.

The Operations Education Specialist is responsible for facilitating education and training on operational systems, team management processes, and the execution of the Blue Carpet Experience (BCE) across Burn Boot Camp locations. This role ensures that franchise teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operational Systems Training - Deliver hands-on and virtual training on core systems:
- POS System – Mindbody: Scheduling, member management, and integration with the Burn Boot Camp App.
- CRM – LoopSpark: Lead nurturing, communication protocols, and dashboard utilization.
- Resource Libraries – FranConnect & DAM: Navigation, document access, and compliance tracking.
- Maintain and update system-specific learning paths in the Burn Learning Portal (BLP).
- Operational Team Management Education - Train franchise teams on:
- Scheduling: Best practices for Burn Ambassadors and Childwatch staffing.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Role-specific checklists and SOPs for operational hires.
- Training & Development: Facilitate practice reps, feedback loops, and performance coaching.
- Facility Management: Standards for gym maintenance, cleanliness, and member safety.
- Blue Carpet Experience Execution - Lead in-depth education on the five BCE pillars to ensure all team members understand their role in delivering a consistent BCE—from Burn Ambassadors to Trainers and Childwatch staff:
- Pre-Camp Experience: Setup, music, and team readiness.
- Camp Experience: Member engagement, exercise demo, and heat map strategy.
- Post-Camp Experience: Cooldown scripting, closing strategies, and trial member follow-up.
- Feedback Loop: Camp card usage, post-shift reviews, and retention tactics.
- Gym Maintenance: Daily standards and brand consistency checks.
- 3 years in franchise operations, training, or education roles.
- Deep familiarity with Burn Boot Camp systems and culture.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience using Mindbody, LoopSpark, FranConnect, and DAM.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support gym teams.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Knowledge of the Burn Learning Portal and BCE Playbook resources.
- Background in fitness, franchising, or customer experience.
