Burn Boot Camp is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior or Senior college student to join our Digital Product & Technology team as a Digital Developer Intern. Based onsite at our Charlotte Metro HQ, this paid internship puts you in the driver’s seat—giving you hands-on experience building, testing, and improving the web and app experiences that power our national fitness brand. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll work side-by-side with developers, product managers, and marketers to create high-quality digital content and ensure total reliability across our websites and mobile app. We are moving quickly to fill this seat for the summer—if you’re a coder ready to make a real-world impact, apply now! ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain web pages, blogs, and content using Builder.io and Next.js for Burn Boot Camp and related brand sites. Assist in developing reusable components and layouts aligned with brand and performance standards. Test all Burn Boot Camp websites, location pages, and digital experiences for functionality, accuracy, performance, and usability. Support testing and validation of Burn Boot Camp mobile app features, including new and beta releases. Document requirements, workflows, test cases, bugs, and resolutions with clear, thorough documentation. Troubleshoot issues across web and app experiences, escalating and collaborating with team members as needed. Compile and synthesize feedback from focus groups and beta testers into clear, actionable outputs. Validate content accuracy, SEO basics, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality digital releases. Stay current on modern web development tools, best practices, and emerging trends. QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with JavaScript, React, and modern web frameworks; experience with Next.js is a strong plus. Experience or interest in headless CMS platforms such as Builder.io or similar tools. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on testing, documentation, and quality assurance. Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and communicate findings clearly. Comfortable working with feedback from users, focus groups, and testers. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
