POSITION OVERVIE
WThe Sales and Marketing Education Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive education and training on the L.A.S.E.R.R. framework—Leads, Appointments, Shows, Experience to Enrollment, Referrals, and Retention. This role supports franchise teams in mastering lead generation, lead management, and the Burn Sales Process, while cultivating a referral-driven culture and executing retention strategies that drive sustainable growth

- ion.Experience to Enrollment: Train teams on executing the Burn Sales Process during the Blue Carpet Experience and converting trials to memb
- ers.Referrals: Build systems for member-driven referrals and community outre
- ach.Retention: Educate on member engagement, recognition, and renewal strateg

PREFERR
- ED SKILLS Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing
