Office Manager, Burlington Educational Summer Theater
- Conduct morning attendance
- Greet parents and students during drop off
- Report absence to the staff
- Call home for absent students
- Create the playbill for the BEST Musical
- Assist the Program Director with accounting for tuition payments
- Arrange for refreshments for two receptions
- Order food and drinks for one cast party
- Assisting with t-shirt ordering and distribution
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Production period: July 6 - July 25, 8:00 - 3:00
- Performances, July 24, 7pm, July 25, 2 pm
- Planning meetings before and after
Requirements:
- Experience creating and managing spreadsheets
- Accounting knowledge maintain tuition payments
- Communication skills via email and phone
Location: Burlington High School, Burlington MA
Compensation: $2000
