Site Coordinator- Spring Season

Location: Burlington County Institute of Technology – Westampton Campus

Position Summary

BCIT is seeking a reliable Site Coordinator for the Spring Season only. The ideal candidate will have a NJDOE Supervisor Certificate and experience in event management and customer service. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all after-school campus-related events, including Interscholastic & Intramural Sport Programs, Club Sport competitions, and special events. Duties include facility preparations, event set-ups, concurrent event management, and event take-down.

Qualifications

• NJDOE Supervisor Certificate (required)
• Experience in customer service-oriented environments
• Previous event management experience preferred
• Awareness of safety concerns and risk management
• Ability to provide positive, inclusive customer service
• Appreciation for individual uniqueness and diversity
• Commitment to staff development, leadership, and teamwork
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Background in coaching, club participation, or advising is desirable
• Experience in administrative work, supervision, advising, and/or public relations preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
  
  

Additional Information

• Must pass criminal history background check
• Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status required
• Must establish NJ residency within one year of hire
• Drug testing required
