The Lodging Agent is a versatile, guest-focused team member who supports both reservations and front desk operations based on business needs. This role provides friendly, efficient service while assisting guests with reservations, check-in, check-out, resort amenities, and lodging questions.

Key Responsibilities

Answer reservation inquiries, explain rates, packages, policies, and fees, and recommend options that enhance the guest experience.

Welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and assist with walk-in and same-day reservations.

Process payments and follow established cash-handling and credit card procedures.

Maintain accurate reservation and guest records using resort systems; training is provided.

Communicate effectively with lodging and other resort departments to support smooth operations.

Follow established safety and emergency procedures.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented approach.

Ability to learn reservation and property management systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
