Love winter sports and leading a team? Join Burke Mountain as a Ski Rental Supervisor and help deliver an exceptional guest experience on the mountain!

What You’ll Do:

Support daily rental and repair shop operations, including opening and closing.

Help guests with equipment rentals and ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain rental inventory and assist with daily equipment preparation.

Train, support, and supervise rental team members.

Monitor inventory needs and communicate with the Rental & Repair Manager.

Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced according to applicable safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ski and snowboard equipment knowledge and tuning experience.

Marker binding technology certification and annual factory training, as required.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn rental and point-of-sale systems.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends and holidays.
